Start the JACK audio server jackd

We will now start the JACK audio server jackd. For the M Audio Delta 1010LT card the following jackd options are required. Other soundcards may require different options.

jackd -R -d alsa -d hw:M1010LT -n 20 -p 256 -r 96000
